The Ultimate Top Ten Cookbooks
Despite being loads of fun, The Restaurant Review is really hard work (oh yeah, what about all that great food and drink then? -- ed. ). We put in very long hours and wind up feeling pretty tired at the end of the week. Mainly thanks to you and the thousands of others, who frequent the site, we receive plenty of sample cookbooks from PR folks who are keen to get their client's books reviewed. Each weekend we read and cook from some of the ones that we like the best. Below is a list of our current top ten of those cookbooks. No, we couldn't agree on the same ten so we cheated and had a list each. Each and every one on these lists is a trusted member of our kitchen library (which is starting to rival the library of congress) and we cook from them all regularly. Please let us know if you have a particular favorite at info@restreview.com.
